Can gingham be fancy? This Indian silk shantung makes us think yes. This is the dress riff Ann Mashburn's most feminine popover, in a slight departure from its typical cotton lawn. There are also on-seam pockets and extra fabric to let down the hem if you'd like a longer dress — it can be lengthened up to 3 more inches.
