All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box.

Sale merchandise, special orders and discounted items are final sale.

Store credit does not expire.

Returns must dispatched within 14 days from confirmed delivery.

Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived. 

Shipping costs will be covered for returns resulting from damaged merchandise or an error on our part.
